Consultation

Are you ready to change the way you eat but don’t know where to start? 

If you are serious, sign up for one of our packages! Consultations are also available for people who want to do a juice fast at home but need support.

Food Reset Package will include the following:

*A complete intake session – In this session, we will define your goals and where you want to be. We will carefully explore where you are now and where you want to be.

*Developing a plan – Together we will develop a plan which will move you from where you are now to where you want to be. It’s important in this plan to move in steps that are small enough to be realistic, but large enough so that you can feel the effects of your change.

*Shopping and food menus to start you on your first steps. We will develop a shopping list, equipment needed and some beginning menus. Recipes will be supplied.

Consultation sessions will be between 45 minutes and 1 hour max. They will be scheduled once a week. Interested parties can request a free Q and A session before committing.

6 sessions   - $900
